You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is:
– Unused and unworn
– Unwashed and undamaged
– In its original packaging with all tags intact
– Not a sale or discounted item (sale items are non-returnable)

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.

4. Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue either:
– A store credit (valid for future purchases), or
– An exchange for a different size/item, if available
Refunds in cash or bank transfer are currently not available unless otherwise stated.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange.
